In my in-person and online teletherapy (for clients in CO and UT only) and coaching sessions, I guide my clients every step of the way to help them create new attitudes, positive beliefs, healthy behaviors, and their own meaningful life narratives. I work with individuals (adolescents, adults and seniors), and couples. Modalities of evidenced-based therapy that I use include:  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Motivational Interviewing, Cultural-Relational Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). In my coaching sessions, I use Law of Attraction and solution-focused principles to help people achieve their goals. I tend to utilize an eclectic style that allows me to also incorporate mindful awareness and meditation. I am also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I tend to work well with people who experience anxiety, which can present itself as stress and burnout, using substances, food, or social media to cope, unhappy relationships, difficulties “coming out” or transitioning, or many other types of disconnections.
